Surprisingly, Toby Fox released Deltarune Chapter 2 for free, revealing that the game will be five chapters long.
In an unexpected move Delta rune Creator Toby Fox has released the second chapter of the game for free on PC. Delta rune is an episodic role-playing game set in a parallel universe to Undertale, with many of the same characters in both settings, even if they don’t have the same personalities.
The first chapter of Delta rune was dwarfed in 2018, with just a few cryptic messages on social media to signal its arrival. Delta rune plays a human named Kris who lives in a world full of monsters. Kris is sent on a trip to the school pantry with the school tyrant Susie and the two fall through a portal into the dark world. They learn that they are the heroes of the legend who must team up with Rasiel, a resident of the Dark World, to save the world.
The release date for Deltarune Chapter 2 was announced for the 6th time during the live stream. Undertale. The game’s official website was updated with a timer that led to the launch. Fans noticed that there weren’t any live shop pages for the game, which meant they didn’t know how much it was going to cost. Deltarune Chapter 2 is now live and can be downloaded to PC completely free of charge. The official one Delta rune Website has an update from Fox revealing that they made the second chapter of the game for free due to the current state of the world and how difficult everything has been for everyone.
Fox revealed that too Delta rune will be five chapters in total and that the remaining three chapters will be published as a single package in the future. The rest Delta rune Chapters will definitely be paid publications, and they will likely cost more than the full version of Undertale. Fox also revealed that the team did that Delta rune and he took the time to thank the contributors who helped him finish the game.
Fans have been waiting for this for a long time Deltarune Chapter 2. It’s strange to think that it’s been in development for three years which is longer than the development cycle of Undertale. Deltarune Chapter 2 has just been released, so it’s unclear how long the runtime is, especially since Deltarune Chapter 1 only takes a couple of hours to finish. Fans will have the chance to experience it for themselves without having to spend any cash as it is time to return to the dark world and the Annoying Dog won all of the tickets.
