An official Disney Twitter account mocks Star Wars fans who consider the latest sequel trilogy their favorite, saying it is a “red flag.”
An official Disney Twitter account made fun of it war of stars Fans whose favorite trilogy is the recent sequels. The last film in the Disney trilogy, Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker, was released in 2019 to mixed reviews, and both critics and fans have questioned its overall success. However, the sequel trilogy ultimately grossed over $ 4.3 billion in box office sales and was followed by others war of stars Disney + releases like The Mandalorian, and the coming Obi Wan Kenobi Series.

Now an officer Disney Account made fun of its own sequels on an official Twitter page. Disney + Latin America’s Twitter account visited the platform with a joke using the recent “Red Flag” viral meme, in which users playfully share behaviors they consider worrying. In the mail, the Disney + account wrote: “The newest Star Wars trilogy is the best” before inserting lots of emojis with red flags. Check out the post below:

The tweet will upset some war of stars Fans who enjoy the sequel trilogy and put a lot of energy into defending it. Others, especially those more critical of Disney’s films, will take the post as an admission that the sequel saga simply did not live up to expectations or did not meet its potential. While the tweet isn’t exactly flattering for the sequel trilogy, it also doesn’t suggest it’s the worst war of stars Movies. The George Lucas prequel trilogy received a much more negative response from critics, and while some fans now appreciate the prequels for their imagination and creativity, it was agreed at the time that the projects were a disappointment.
Not all of Disney war of stars The output, however, was divisive. The spin-off series The Mandalorian has received almost universal critical acclaim, with fans praising the series for successfully integrating the expanded lore of both war of stars‘and prequel and original trilogy in its story. If the sequels don’t like with a successful series The Mandalorian, it’s likely that Disney wouldn’t feel so comfortable joking about its mistakes. The tweet itself is certainly intended to be harmless fun, but it will undoubtedly lead to the split war of stars Fans.
