Although it is now confirmed that he will play the role of Deke DaSilva in the Night hawk Remake there are a number of items that need to be confirmed. One such element is the question of actors who could take on the roles of Matthew Fox and Wulfgar. In his interview, Grillo noted that one of the things he looked forward to most when he took the baton of Stallone’s performance was the casting process of Wulfgar, which apparently confirmed that the limited series was at least in part related to the story of the original film will return to inspiration. Frank Grillo’s anticipation for the coming project is also remarkable. Elsewhere in his interview, Grillo noted that his role as DaSilva is the culmination of a longstanding fan base for Sylvester Stallone since his role as Rocky. Grillo said: “I’m like you, I love Rocky, I just love Stallone and I’m at this point where I’m sitting across from him and he is telling me that I’m the only guy playing the part … That’s AMAZING!

Taking on a role for Frank Grillo made famous by Sylvester Stallone makes perfect sense, as they seem to act in similar spaces as action heroes. Stallone became a household name for dark and complex, but infinitely robust, tough guys, whom Grillo skilfully stepped into with his roles in films The Purge: Anarchy and the thriller 2017, Wheelman. Times have changed, however, as have the on-screen heroes, so viewers will have to wait and see how Grillo evolves the role of DaSilva when the next eight episodes come out Night hawk limited series debuts.
